Mechanical Technician (Offshore Facilities)
Role Purpose:
Commitment and compliance to the Mubadala Petroleum HSSE Policy Statement, Operations Management Framework and Mubadala Core Values. Work with other maintenance disciplines and operations to repair / maintain equipment as directed for maintenance activities. Troubleshooting on discipline specific equipment. Close working relationship with Operations. Carry out PM and CM as directed. Active role in the calibration of test equipment ensuring supporting documentation is in place. Inspection of 3rd party equipment bought offshore for use on offshore facilities. Condition monitoring checks as directed. Experience and Migas certified to operate offshore cranes. Carry out maintenance on offshore pedestal cranes, turbo generators and turbo compressors
Responsibilities include but not limited:
• Active participation in all HSE program by achieving individual HSE target.
• Achieve the agreed instrumentation PM and CM target.
• Maintain good communication with peers and supervisors
• Propose ideas to improve mechanical safety and reliability
Job Requirements
Qualifications include but not limited:
• D3 Graduates
• Demonstrates an understanding of basic natural gas processing including gas compression
• Minimum of 5 years’ operating in an oil and gas environment with at least 2 years in an offshore environment. Experience as offshore crane operator and Migas certified.
• Computer – proficient in the use of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
• Strong safety and environmental awareness.
• Ability to read P & ID’s; familiar with and ability to perform Job Safety Analysis.
• Ability to work on own initiative and as a team member with minimum supervision.
• Experienced in mechanical rotating equipment maintenance.
• Experienced with gas turbines, compressors and associated drivers. Preferred experience working with Solar Taurus 60 and Centaur 40 packages.
• Experience with condition monitoring programmes.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Experience with crane maintenance requirements.

Conducting Overall Equipment Inspection according to a predetermined schedule to identify defect / damage to equipment that will be used as data feeder for Planning team in creating a backlog of repair / scheduled repair in order to eliminate failures, extend component life, mitigate consequences, minimize downtimes and optimize all resources. Helping to improve MTBS by performing a Qualified Inspection and Review Pareto especially to the repeated downtime to rectify the problem. Able to determine immediate corrective action in order to avoid damage/ eliminate failures to components, prevent catastrophic failure and reduce costly downtime before it happens.
Requirements:
1. Education: Min High School or Diploma
2. Demonstrate proactive safety attitude and visible HSE Leadership
3. Possesses qualifications and supporting certificates in field of trade / required duties
4. Has previous experiences in field of work, with a minimum of 6 years in mechanical repairs of heavy equipment
5. Possesses broad knowledge in heavy equipment repairs & maintenance, including Excavators, Dozers, Graders, Trucks, Support Equipment, (optional: Cranes, Lifting Equipment)

7) Determine the repairs required for the faults/ defects found during inspection included prepare report base on mechanical Inspection included recommendation parts list and to estimate the time needed to complete the repairs.
8) Verify for Machine Health Data such as Top up Oil Report, CTS report, as visual inspection in order to ensure the actual condition of machine/component.
9) Attend regular tool box meetings and weekly safety meetings.

• Minimum 5 years experience in the same position from mining company.
• Excellent understanding about Safety Analysis,
• Hold a POP Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
• Hold a K3 Umum Indonesia Competency Certificate.
• Fluent in English both spoken & written.
• Excellent experience and general knowledge on basic safety, plant safety design (in coal mining field).
• Good knowledge to monitoring all the equipments activities and its basic procedure usage
• Good leadership with interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge in all the safety reports needed in mining field
• Willing to be located at Jakarta and travelling to our job site.
• Candidates should be from Central Kalimantan (Murung Raya districts are preferred)

Qualifications:
• Hold Bachelor degree (S-1) in accounting or economic.
• Min. 5 years of accountings experiences.
• Good knowledge of office administration and book keeping procedures.
• Proficient in MS. office application.
• Excellent English is a must.
• Having good communication skill.

• Willing to be located at site in Kalimantan Tengah.
Responsibilities:
• Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
• Prepare, verify, and process invoices and coding payment documents.
• Data enter invoices for payment.
• Filling finance documents.
• Input all finance transaction to computer system
10. Mine Environmental (Job Code: ME)
Qualifications :
• Bachelor degree in Environment / Forestry / Agronomy or any related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the same position from mining company.
• Having AMDAL A or B Course.
• Good Knowledge to create RKTTL.
• Having knowledge environmental strategic, policies & procedures and support their implementation.
• Good knowledge in reclamation and environment protection.
• Having basic knowledge of plantation system.
• Good knowledge in waste treatment management.
• Good knowledge in all the environment regulations and its implementation.
• Good knowledge in all the environment reports needed in mining field.
• Good leadership with interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Candidates from Kalimantan Tengah are preferred.
• Willing to be located at our site in Kalimantan Tengah.
Responsibilities :
• Analyze and identify the possibility of potential environment problems to reduce the risk production activity.
• Manage all the environment activities.
• Make sure all of environmental program are implemented
